Hong Kong’s best festive catering options

For anyone who’d like to celebrate the jolly season in the comfort of your home, we’ve got you covered!

La Rotisserie

We are roasting Grade A, Corn Fed Chicken coming from France in an authentic French made machine, paired with side dishes, quiches, desserts following French traditional recipes.

This year, La Rotisserie brings two typically French seasonal delights to Hong Kong: Guinea Fowl and Capon. Not sure which to go for? Guinea fowl is tender and rich in flavour, with a sweet, crisp skin when roasted, ideal in size for smaller parties of three to four people. Buttery and tender, Capon offers much more meat and can serve eight to 10. Both are imported directly from France and served with homemade Champagne sauce. $888 for the Capon (3.5kg), $288 for the Guinea Fowl (1.4kg).

If you’re feeling really lazy, the “Capon Feast” ($1,680) and ‘Guinea Fowl delight” ($1,380) feed eight to 10 people and include either one Capon or two Guinea Fowl served with homemade Champagne sauce, side dishes (truffle parmesan mashed potatoes, roast pumpkin and forest mushrooms, and sautéed French beans), and a whole chocolate cake topped with sea salt.

Advance booking of at least three days is required. Email catering@larotisserie.com.hk or visit larotisserie.com.hk/catering
